Hart Signs

      Not only do we computer route these custom signs we can also do hand carving. As shown in this beautiful example.
      The sign was routed out of "High Density Foam". After the levels were roughed in, our sign experts went to work on carving a three dimensional squirrel coming out of the cup.
      The sign was then treated with primer then the different colors were laid in using an airbrush and paint brush finishing it off with a heavy coat of UV Resistant clear.
